Room Fee Waiver
Recognized Student Organizations are allowed annually a single room fee waiver for one of the following CUB event spaces: 220-Ballroom, 212 & 210-Jr Ballroom, 212, 210, Active Lounge, Butch's Den, and Auditorium. As your group may want to use the waiver for another event or room that may be more effective, your confirmation will reflect the non-waiver pricing until we have received a written request from your group which includes your advisors signature. Once the waiver has been used it will be noted on that organizations CUB account and will not be available for other events. It is to the groups benefit to use it for the most expensive room. The waiver must be submitted to CUB Scheduling prior to the event. You can pick up the waiver form from the CUB Administrative Office, room 140 in the Compton Union Building after 8/11/08.
Tables/chairs, basic AV equipment, and CUB resources are included in the room fee. Other resources are subject to availability.
